Hotel Mercure Vé is a 4 *-designhotel on the cosiest square in Mechelen: the Vismarkt. Vé is situated in a former fish smokehouse and an old cigar factory. We kept the unique structures of the buildings and combined them with modern achitecture and contemporary luxury.

Situated in the heart of Mechelen, in a former industrial factory from 1923, this design hotel offers elegant rooms and a bar overlooking Dijle River. Hotel Vé includes free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk. A wellness centre with a sauna and a swimming pool is also available in the mornings.

Hotel Vé benefits from rooms with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk and a modern bathroom. Some of the rooms feature views of the St. Rumbold's Cathedral. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast every morning.

For an additional fee, guests of the hotel can relax at the wellness centre in the morning which comprises a swiming pool with jet stream, a sauna, a hot tub and a Turkish steam bath.

The city centre and Grote Markt are 400 metres from Hotel Vé. Antwerpen, featuring the Plantin-Moretus Museum, is less than 25 minutes’ drive away. Brussels is a 30-minute car journey from the hotel.
